In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with dual motors, namely the front induction asynchronous motor (3D 3) and the rear permanent magnet synchronous motor (4D 2), and adopt a four-wheel drive form, which can output a maximum power of 460 horsepower, a maximum torque of 678 Nm, a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 3.1 seconds, and a top speed of 261 km/h. In addition, the new model will be equipped with a 78.4 kWh battery pack with a curb weight of 1,851 kg, a range of 623 km, and an official energy consumption of 16.7 kWh per 100 km.
The car will also use an adaptive damping suspension system composed of front double wishbones/rear multi-link, driven by Tesla's self-developed software, users can directly adjust the suspension software and hardware on the vehicle screen, and support 2 modes of independent adjustment (automatic and sport) to match various road conditions.
In terms of driving modes, the new car provides three acceleration modes: Comfort, Standard and Crazy; It offers two driving and handling modes: standard and sport; Steering modes support Comfort, Standard as well as Sport. It is worth mentioning that as a performance model, the new Model 3 high-performance version will be equipped with a new generation of track mode, without changing the hardware and mechanical structure, users can customize power distribution, motor torque, and can also view the live brushing lap, vehicle G value, etc., with the new car machine interface design, users can have a clearer understanding of the vehicle's performance.
